Deer Run Veterinary Services, located in East Falmouth, MA, is seeking a Hospital Manager to join our leadership team. We are looking for a candidate who can foster a collaborative and dynamic work environment while sharing our dedication to delivering outstanding client service and veterinary care to our valued clients and their beloved pets.
The Hospital Manager will oversee the day-to-day operations of our hospital, including providing guidance to our technician and receptionist teams, managing the financial aspects and business development of the practice, such as budget management and monitoring key performance indicators. Additionally, they will supervise client care and communications, coaching our support staff to deliver exceptional customer service. This role will also involve working closely with the team on the hospital floor.
